Les is an amazing associate. She was always so helpful and kind and encouraging. And even on the days where I'm extremely indecisive she is understanding and invites me back whenever I can come in. She's gracefully patient and I will not go to any other Kay jewelry store because of her.

Today my fiancé and I stopped at this Kay’s store to shop for a wedding band and had the pleasure of having Les and Shelly help us out. Les went through numerous rings that she thought would look good with my engagement ring and helped us stay within our budget. Shelly helped get my fiancé a wedding gift and took the time to size the watch down. Both phenomenal lady’s! Highly recommend!

We stopped in today to drop a ring off for repair. With the personable experience from a rather fun spirited individual named Theresa. She kept our budget in mind, she took time with us. We had some laughter together, it was a terrific and unexpected experience walking out with an engagement ring. The girlfriend and I have talked about it for awhile and joke back and forth.. but we just needed Theresa to help with that. Hahaha. Thank You Theresa, You made a woman and man very happy.

Les at the New Market Square location was amazing! She truly cares about her customers. She went above and beyond to take care of us and make sure that everything was perfect. I fell in love with the bracelet my boyfriend bought me for Christmas. There was a small issue with the clasp. Les figured out how to take care of it, she kept us informed and because of her I am smiling every day wearing my bracelet. Thank you Les!!
